Don't worry! We offer reimbursement for any issues with paying or receiving your item, although it is very unlikely our high-quality machines will encounter these issues.

Let us know as soon as possible! We will send a technician to inspect and fix it.

"What if I want to move the machine to a different room or space in my business?"
